- Completed studies: industrial engineering, business informatics, computer science, natural sciences, engineering, or comparable vocational training, e.g. as an IT specialist, project management;
- Experience in the implementation of ambitious and complex projects - of course, preferably in the field of software;
- Experience in agile project management and project leadership;
- Subject Matter Expertise: Must posses the drive to learn the "nuts and bolts" of steel manufacturing workflows and gain a high level of proficiency in our software;
- Strategic Client Management: Extensive experience managing direct B2B client relationships; with an emphasis on managing external stakeholders rather than internal-only projects or platform development;
- High level of understanding for technically complex products and strategic thinking;
- Strong organisational and coordination skills and enjoy analytical and conceptual work;
- Analytical thinking and structured problem-solving skills;
- “Can-do" attitude, even under pressure;
- Confident handling of MS Office applications and operational project management tools;
- Fluent in English and German (C1).
